This is before I want to lose 10 pounds. I am currently 115 pounds.

So far today I did 150 crunches and 3 minutes of bicycle crunches.

For breakfast I ate a bagel with cream cheese, and string cheese. I am trying to cut down on what I usually eat, so that is pretty good for me. 

Our weight now. We’re both 116 pounds now. We Both want to lose at least ten pounds by April 1st.
